Half a block away from the palace of the National Congress, this apartment opens its entrance door over the central yard of an 80 years old building. It is an ideal location: from there, many places of the city can be reached, either by walking or by taking a bus and the subway, which is available at a very short distance.

Fully recycled, this 56 square meters apartment has kept its high ceilings, wooden floors and marquetry details. It has two very large rooms (bedroom and living room), complete bathroom and kitchen and a tiny bijou patio. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed plus a large closet. There is an additional divan bed in the living room, which is also equipped with table and chairs for four people. The apartment is also provided with refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee machine, hair dryer, phone, cable TV, heating, air conditioner and ceiling fans. The kitchen includes kitchenware for four guests.

Due to the building features, the apartment is very far away from the noise of the city. Additionally, we have created a warm and comfortable atmosphere, that we hope will contribute to a pleasant visit.
