From the 16th.floor of a tower building, this apartment will give you a fantastic view of Buenos Aires city. The Río de la Plata, part of Puerto Madero and, towards the other end of the visual arch, the Obelisco, the Congress and the Barolo Palace, are all included in the panoramic display. Along with many other domes and XIX century buildings that configure one of the very well known views of the city. Sunsets, and the moon rising and reflecting on the Río de la Plata, contribute to this magnificent show.
The apartment has a 39 square meters surface, including a living room with an integrated kitchenette, one bedroom, a complete bathroom and an external, closed-up balcony that can be used either as an additional living area or as a studio. It is fully equipped, including refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, a couch for two people in the living room and a double bed in the bedroom. The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms plus a ceiling fan in the balcony, heaters, cable TV and Internet, as long as all kitchenware. Guests will receive a cell phone, for their exclusive use.
Access to transportation means is very direct: subways to all destinations at just 100 meters, besides all buses and taxis that circulate on Corrientes Avenue.
