On Corrientes Ave., half a block away from Florida Street: this privileged location allows us to say that this apartment truly is in the “heart” of downtown Buenos Aires. From there, you can easily walk this part of the city (four blocks away from Plaza de Mayo or Puerto Madero, three from the Obelisco and 50 meters to Florida Street, the best known pedestrian street in Buenos Aires), or access any mean of transportation to visit other interesting places (for instance, subway B is 20 meters away). Those who visit Buenos Aires to dance tango will also find out that many of the best milongas are at a walking distance.
On a 46 square meters surface, the apartment has one master bedroom. Though located in such a central spot of the city, noise is not an issue because it is at the back of the building. It has a small distribution hall from which the living room and the kitchen – large and independent – can be reached, plus the master bedroom with a double bed, and the bathroom. Light comes in all rooms because they all have windows. It is fully equipped (air conditioner, ceiling fans, heaters, cable TV, two additional single beds in the living room) and it is prepared with kitchenware for four people. The 35 years old building has security services 24 hours a day.
