A block away from Rivadavia Avenue, it has an excellent location: from there, many places of Buenos Aires can be reached, either by walking or by taking a bus and the subway.

It has two large rooms (bedroom and living room), fully equipped bathroom and kitchen and a tiny balcony. The bedroom has a double bed and a large closet. There is an additional divan bed in the living room, which is also furnished with table and chairs for four people.
The apartment is also provided with refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee machine, hair dryer, phone, cable TV, heating, air conditioner and ceiling fans. The kitchen includes kitchenware for four guests.
